Where did all the spots come from? Oil and gum. Soda and spit stained with tobacco. Piss and shit. Sun and red rain dyed with dirt. The sidewalk looks like skin – human almost as if everything we create – even baby dolls, poetry, concrete – is a reflection of ourselves.
