Meet my new sink pal. Our friendship was fairly quick, but I found him trying to nibble off a dirty knife in the sink and then go down the drain, so I caught him in an upturned duck glass and made him think about what he did and how short his life might be and if he would survive through the hour. Of course, he would, but I suppose when you are a gecko and a caught gecko you’re panicked about a few things in life: like how long it will be.
May he live long and prosperous in my bushes.

What? You don’t WANT a sink pet?

I would LOVE a sink pet. I have two sinks and he could live in the one without the disposal and I could feed him little ants and flies and popcorn, but I think if my cat saw him she would eat him. So I saved myself some heartache and set Julio (that’s what I’ve named him) free.
